I realize that this might be a little TMI but it's too funny not to share.
The other day my Husband and I were taking shower. (sorry, I have to leave that part in there because that's what makes this so funny.) Chris has always massaged my feet, practically every day of our marriage and that is not an exaggeration. We were sitting in the shower with our heads leaned up against the wall (it has little bench seats) and I said, "I hope I die before you do." Chris replied, "If I die first, you'll find somebody." To which I responded, "I don't want to find someone else. No one could ever massage my feet the way you do." Chris said, "I don't want find anyone else either." There was a little pause and then he said "From the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints." I just busted up laughing cause all I could envision were cameras at every angle shooting video of us in our shower.

I love the conversations I have with my girls!
This is a picture of the first time Kensley met GG Phair. It was right after Grandma had broken her hip
My Grandma passed away recently and Kensely and I were driving around trying to get things done. She started talking about Great Grandma Phair (whom she only met a couple of times). She was talking about how she died and we went to her funeral and said, "I want to see her again. When can we go see her?" To which I told her about heaven and how when we die we will get to see her and Great Grandpa, but not until we die. We finished our errands and pulled into our driveway and she said, "Hey! I thought we were gonna go see Great Grandma Phair!"
"Kensley, we have to die first and then we'll see her." ...
"Well...can we go die so we can visit her?"
I love this girl!

13 Years and counting to eternity
Yesterday we celebrated 13 years of marriage! This was the dinner I surprised Chris with on Sunday. Cheese fondue, pot roast and red potatoes and caramel fondue for dessert. I had arranged the girls to spend the night somewhere else so we had the house to ourselves! I made a big breakfast the next morning while he slept soundly. We went to the movies (we rarely ever go together) and I loved every minute of that time with him! We reminisced our 13 years of marriage and 6 years of friendship/dating before that. I am one lucky girl. He treats me so well and I love him more today then yesterday!
We use to love to ride this motorcycle back when we were dating
This was the first time he kissed me! We were at the beach on New Years day
This was our first date. I just turned 16 and he was leaving on his mission in two weeks! There were 6 of us. That day deserves a blog post all on its own.

I LOVE YOU GRANDMA PHAIR
The week before Christmas, my Grandma Phair past away. She was 94 and died of old age. I love this lady. She was an awesome Grandma. I was able to go down to Medford the day she died and help dress her. I had never done that before. I am so thankful for that experience. I'm grateful for that last opportunity I got to serve my Grandma. Then Saturday we drove down to Klamath Falls where we laid her to rest next to the love of her life, Grandpa.
My Mom and Me
Sasquatch
I had the strangest request for a Birthday Cake. Sasquatch...Really? Mind you, I'm no professional. But since it is Logans 16th Birthday, what the heck...I'll give it a shot. Here he is, like he's laying out on the beach, looking at the waves.

I know, he looks like a cross between a few different things. I'm okay with that. It was really fun to create. Only took me about 6 hours, 4 cakes, lots of rice krispies and one very patient creator.
I think Logan liked the big toe.
Sledding
My sister and I took our kids up sledding a while back. I wish I would've got some pictures of them sledding. I think over all we had fun but most of the kids ended up freezing. We walked for a long time in the snow to get to a good sledding area. Sometimes I forget how old my body is. I hit a snow wall sideways and have NEVER felt my body bend the way it did that day. Silly me...At least they were all smiling when we were done!
