- I am first and foremost a mother and wife. I have been blessed with the best husband for me I could have ever asked for. 10 years together and he still gives me foot rubs every day! And I am blessed to be the mother of four beautiful daughters. The irony of the 4 girls bit is that my husband comes from a family of 5 boys and I from a family of 6 boys and only 1 awesome sister. So I thought, being a tom-boy myself growing up, that I was destine to be a mother of boys. Ironic, isn't it? I wouldn't have it any other way. Just a few benefits: They don't mind the smell of fingernail polish, we can watch sappy girl movies when ever we want (sorry Chris) no pee on the toilet seat (or do I ever have to worry about them putting the toilet seat down), they always have fashion input and they are always ready to put on a play for me at any given moment. They can share everything and they don't mind playing a little star wars or army men here and there with the boys.I LOVE my girls! And I love all the strange and wonderful things that they teach me.

I tried to call the other night when I saw the first post and my phone went berzerk. The next day, I dropped in the dish water and had to dry it out. Needless to say, you've been on my mind. I'm just itching to talk to you and catch up!
I'm so glad her hand is healing. I so wish I could be there to help in some way! Puppets, books, anything to help out!
